All Andal jewelry is handcrafted in Hyderabad, India, by skilled artisans with decades of experience in fine jewelry making. Every piece undergoes rigorous quality checks before it reaches you.

We use ethically sourced natural gemstones, including diamonds, emeralds, rubies, and sapphires, set in 18K and 22K gold. All our diamonds are certified, and our gemstones are hand-selected by our in-house gemologist trained at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

We offer insured shipping across India and internationally. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. International shipping takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers. For orders above a certain value, we also offer EMI options through select banks.

We want you to love your Andal piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for ready-to-wear pieces in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Bespoke and customised pieces are non-returnable.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, store each piece separately in the pouch or box provided. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft cloth.
